5.9 lbs lighter

Heidi and I decided to hire a personal trainer. It is heidi's friend hillary. I am pretty sure this is the best thing I have done for myself in a long time....if not ever. she pushes us, but the biggest things she does is believe in me. On our first day she told me, "Neesha remember, that after today you will never be this way again. The number you saw on the scale ....will never be a number you will see again." I don't remember the last time that anyone had so much confidence in me that I can do something. Or more so...I haven't had anyone that believes that I am going to lose the weight. Don't get me wrong, people have told me I can do it, but never supported me in that and actively did things to help. Everyday I email her what I eat, and she writes me positive notes and challenges me each week with something new. I am excited for my journey and can't wait till I see the results.

First week: down 5.9 lbs!

weight

Well the time has come to start thinking about weight again. I have hired a personal trainer to help me. Her name is hillary and she is hard core. Heidi and I had our first training session on saturday. My arms are killing me. My tricepts, bicepts, back, shoulders...everything is in pain. I feel like she is my last hope. I hope it goes well

Thanksgiving

This thanksgiving mom and brent decided to go to Washington to see chandra and her family. It was a long drive, but we had a lot of fun. Below are pictures of out trip

This is lucy, my new poodle. She came with us. She sat in the back with me the entire time. I love her. She is a good dog. She just follows me around where ever I go. This is her on the drive home. On the way home there was a snow storm through Snowquamie pass. It was crazy. We 35 mph the entire time. they didn't plow or anything.

This is mom and chandra's friends. We played a game called Curses. It is pretty funny. We had a good time. And yes, that is mom with her hands behind her head.

This is lucy laying in bed with me.

This is lucy on the way up to seattle. whenever I was driving, she wanted to be on my lap, but that wasn't safe. so she settled on brents lap. She did great!!!

all in all it was a great trip. i was able to go and see HP7 with sam and kendall. It was awesome. They waited to see it until I got there. Kendall finished all the books and he always calls and tells me about them. Seattle had a "major" snow storm. I think there was one inch of snow on the ground. But it took some people 12 hours to get home. It was crazy. all in all it was a good trip.

Cabin trip

A couple of weeks ago Jackie, Piper and I went up to the cabin. We hiked, napped, watched movies, star gazed and we had no choice but to smell pipers nasty farts. It was awful. Here are some pictures at the cabin and around Mirror Lake

I love this picture of Jackie. She is always so happy and positive.

Us laying outside watching the stars come out. Jackie and I saw shooting stars.

This pictures makes me laugh hard. Piper fell down the stairs and has carpet burn. This is her showing us her burns. JAckie and I were laughing so hard.

All of these pictures are from the hike to Whiskey lake

We were freezing when we woke up.

Scenic Pictures from the Cabin

These are the many reason why I like going to the cabin. It is so beautiful up there. I love it!!!

Two things that make me smile!!

I went out with some girls one weekend at a local country bar and this is the dollar I found. I was laughing so hard. I love it!!!

I couldn't spend it. I still have it!!!

Coaching softball twice a week makes me smile. ITs the thing that I look forward the most all week. I love the girls and it keeps my mind off my shitty life.

Go UTAH Rebels!!!

Projects!!!

I have been doing a few projects/crafts around the house...so i thought I would post them. This is the first year in about 3 years that ive put up decorations so here they are.

This arrangement I won, but I added the lights. I love it!!!
"If the Shoe Fits" this took me a bit to make. I painted everything and the shoe is all glittery. You can't tell, but I love it!!!

Justus's 4th birthday party was this past weekend. So I made a bunch of pirate stuff for his birthday. Here is the Thank yous!! I think they turned out pretty cute.

I am finally finished with rubber mulch for the season. The front garden area looks great. I have red mulch all around it!!! Ilove it!

It's Canning Season

It is canning season and mom and I have been canning like crazy. I go down to her house because she has more space. Plus we like spending time together doig it.

These are tomatoes from her garden. WE just cut them and canned.
The next picture is a new recipe. It's mandarin sauce....aka sweet and sour sauce. It tasted good when we were making it...hopefully it will still be good when I cook it with chicken and rice.

More mandarin sauce.

And always....PEACHES!!!!

PEACHES!!!!!

Memories of Diesel

Labor day weekend I took my good friend Tracie to the cabin with her 3 girls. It was my first real trip without Diesel. The girls would babysit Diesel so they missed him as well.
We hiked up to Ruth Lake. This isn't Ruth LAke just a pond we ran into on the hike.
Macie in front of the pond. She was so cute. She was so sick the last day there. Everytime we saw a dog (especially a chocolate lab) the girls would yell..."Neesha don't look" It was sweet

So I put on these socks and look at the teeth marks. Only one dog could do that....Diesel. It made me sad. It just so happened to be at the cabin.
